• Power Generation System: A new energy generation system that utilizes the complementary resources of wind and solar energy, combined with the technology of using batteries as energy storage devices, provides daily use of household appliances in the room and stores excess energy for nighttime use. At night or cloudy and rainy weather, wind power can be used to generate electricity, and both breeze and light sources can generate electricity without the need for an external power source, intelligently switching energy-saving modes

Council Compliance

• Classification: Expander Homes do not fall under the Class 1a building category conforming to the Building Code of Australia (BCA). When purchased with trailers, they are considered Caravans (movable dwellings) and can often be installed without council approval.
